With an LLB degree and Master’s in Philosophy, I entered the legal profession with a deep appreciation for both the analytical precision of law and the reflective understanding that philosophy brings to human experience. I was first admitted as an advocate in Pakistan in 1987. Working with well-regarded and renowned lawyers, I successfully represented my clients in high profile cases. In addition to the traditional strength in the areas of civil, corporate, family and constitutional litigation, I have represented vulnerable clients protecting their human rights.
In addition to that I represented the legal fertility as an elected member of Punjab Bar Council for five years. During this time, I served as a member of enrolment committee and as a Chairman of Law Reforms Committee.
In 2002 I relocated to the United Kingdom. After qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales, I sat up my own Law Practice “ Joyya Law Associates Solicitors” in 2007. Thereafter, in 2019, I collaborated with an esteemed nationwide law firm in the United Kingdom. My multinational legal background and valuable work experience of decades is an asset for me and my clients. Fluent in multiple languages, I understand the nuances and cultural contexts that shape legal matters across borders. This multilingual capability enables me to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from various backgrounds, fostering strong relationships built on trust and understanding.
This perspective has guided my work across a wide range of matters; business formation and commercial agreements, dispute resolution, personal legal issues, relocation, corporate and personal immigration, overseas residencies through investment, family matters, residential and commercial conveyancing and Islamic wills.
My goal is to share the wisdom, clarity, and practical understanding I have gained over decades of serving individuals and small business owners. Throughout my legal career, I have witnessed firsthand how uncertainty can weigh heavily on people, how confusion, fear, or lack of guidance can make simple decisions feel overwhelming. My purpose now is to empower others with accessible knowledge, grounded insights and the reassurance that they are not alone in their challenges.
Ultimately, my mission is a way of giving back of turning decades of practical knowledge into guidance that can inspire others to move forward with clarity and confidence.
